Used by both internal and external audiences, these solutions support critical processes: administrative management, information dissemination, documentation, teaching, and associated telecommunications infrastructure. In this multi-application environment, the diversity of technologies, the numerous interfaces, and the increasing volume of data make service continuity, dependency management, data quality, and project alignment with business priorities crucial. The Digital Solutions & IT Department and the Data & AI Department simultaneously manage application development and maintenance projects, data engineering, integration, business intelligence, and project management support. In this context, the IT Project Manager's challenge is to transform strategic directions into actionable plans, coordinate business, IT, data, and supplier stakeholders, and ensure sound decision-making on high-profile, cross-functional projects. The role therefore requires the ability to combine high-level governance, an operational understanding of the IT system, and change management skills with diverse audiences.Role and Scope: The Project Director assumes overall responsibility for one or more major IT projects. They coordinate internal and external Project Managers, lead key decision-making processes, and ensure adherence to commitments regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and risks. As the primary contact for business units, the Digital Solutions & IT Department, and, depending on the project, the Data & AI Department, they guarantee alignment between KEDGE BS's strategic priorities and their operational execution.Main Responsibilities • Scoping and Governance: Define the scope, objectives, milestones, decision-making bodies, and success indicators. • Commitment Management: Ensure adherence to costs, deadlines, quality, scope, and contractual obligations. • Facilitation of Governance Bodies: Prepare and lead strategic steering committees and discussions with management. • Coordination: Supervise Project Managers, the PMO, partners, and multidisciplinary teams. • Risk Management and Arbitration: Address escalations, prioritize tasks, and manage prevention, mitigation, and crisis plans. • Portfolio Management: Ensure overall consistency across projects, deliverables, dependencies, and roadmaps. • Business Relations: Act as the primary interface between business and IT departments to define priorities and adjust objectives. • Quality and Validation: Validate key deliverables, architectural or organizational decisions, and project reports. • Change Management: Define and oversee user support for projects with significant organizational impact. • Closure and capitalization: securing knowledge transfer, transition to operation and feedback.Required Skills • Program Management: Proficiency in Agile, V-model, and hybrid methodologies, multi-project governance, and portfolio management. • Financial and Contractual Management: Budget monitoring, ability to challenge costs, supplier management, and securing commitments. • Risk Management: Identification of dependencies, anticipation of deviations, and management of action plans at the program level. • IT and Data Culture: Sound understanding of application architectures, integrations, security, data quality, and the challenges of digital transformation. • Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for portfolio tracking, reporting, and monitoring. • Leadership: Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams, empower stakeholders, and lead decision-making. • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to synthesize information, and fluency in communicating with senior management, in both French and English.Required Profile • Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, engineering, or project management, or a professional background demonstrating an equivalent level of expertise. • Experience: At least 10 years in managing complex IT projects, including a minimum of 3 years in direct responsibility for a program, portfolio, or strategic project involving multiple departments. • Expected Achievements: Proven track record of leading at least one cross-functional project from start to finish, from scoping and budget allocation to deployment, operational transition, and evaluation, with coordination of internal teams, service providers, and software vendors. • IT Environment: Proven experience with a hybrid IT system combining internal applications, software packages, and integration workflows; ability to communicate effectively with architects, data teams, security teams, operations teams, and application managers without replacing technical experts. • Governance: Demonstrated experience with steering and management committees, executive reporting, budget monitoring, contract management, and balancing business value, risks, costs, deadlines, and team capacity. • Professional context: Experience in higher education, training, a multi-site environment, or a service organization with numerous internal and external users is highly valued. • Approach: Unifying leadership, a service-oriented mindset, diplomacy, and firmness in decision-making; ability to report concisely, manage sensitive situations, and make decisions within a constrained or evolving framework. • Communication: Excellent written and spoken French and professional English skills, enabling the ability to lead meetings, negotiate with suppliers, and produce management reports. • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, or equivalent certification is preferred; the ability to apply methodologies pragmatically is more important than simply holding a certification.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to contact@keoni.fr
