The diversity of these solutions and the increasing volume of data necessitate reliable data exchange between systems, data governance, and the production of reports useful to operational management and governance bodies. The mission aims to strengthen the internal teams with a Business Analyst (AMOA) profile capable of coordinating business and technical stakeholders, ensuring the clear expression of requirements, and supporting the implementation of solutions tailored to the client's specific needs.Role and Scope: The Project Management Assistance (AMOA) team supports the internal project management team and acts as the interface between business units, IT, Data & AI teams, and external partners. It supports the project from the initial requirements gathering stage through to production deployment, ensuring functional alignment, the quality of deliverables, solution adoption, and adherence to priorities.Mission Objectives • Ensure a shared understanding of needs, priorities, and management rules. • Secure the functional scope, deadlines, dependencies, and quality of deliverables. • Streamline coordination between business units and development teams. • Ensure the solution meets expressed needs and prepare for user adoption. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, applications, and data quality.Main Responsibilities • Define, gather, analyze, and formalize business needs through workshops and interviews. • Map existing processes, identify pain points, and propose improvement scenarios. • Write and consolidate functional specifications, requirements specifications, business rules, user journeys, and user stories. • Contribute to backlog prioritization, prepare for decision-making, and monitor dependencies and risks. • Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure functional coordination with project teams. • Prepare and manage functional testing: test strategy and plans, bug tracking, validation of fixes, and acceptance test report. • Support change management: impact analysis, user support, communication, training, and onboarding assistance. • Produce reports, dashboards, and deliverables, and maintain documentation in Confluence.Expected Deliverables : • Scoping notes, workshop reports, and requirements specifications. • Process maps, user journeys, business rules, and impact analyses. • Specifications, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Prioritized backlog, tracking of decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions. • Testing strategy, test plans, defect tracking, acceptance test reports, and minutes. • Communication, training, and user support materials. • Progress dashboards and up-to-date functional documentation in Confluence.Required Skills • Functional Analysis: Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, workshop facilitation, process modeling, and specification writing. • Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, risk monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. • Testing and Quality: Test plan design, defect management, requirements traceability, and functional validation. • Information Systems: Sound understanding of application architectures, interfaces, data flows, and data quality issues. • Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; knowledge of modeling, querying, or BI tools is an asset. • Communication: Excellent writing skills, ability to synthesize information, strong communication skills, and ease in interacting with business and technical stakeholders.Required Profile • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Information Systems, Project Management, Business School, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Analysis, or functional project management, ideally within a context of digital transformation, application integration, or data valorization. • Ability to quickly grasp diverse business domains and translate needs into clear and actionable requirements. • Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and results-oriented approach. • Active listening, diplomacy, collaborative spirit, and the ability to bring together stakeholders with multiple objectives. • Knowledge of the higher education sector or complex multi-application environments would be an asset.Collaboration Methods and Success Criteria • Functional Reporting Line: Close collaboration with internal project management, the Digital Solutions & IT Department, and the Data & AI Department. • Stakeholders: Business units, project managers, product owners, development teams, data teams, support teams, software vendors, and integrators. • Working Method: Regular project meetings, transparent communication, continuous documentation, and rapid escalation of issues. • Success Criteria: Validated and traceable requirements, formalized decisions, controlled testing, high-quality deliverables, adherence to priorities, and effective adoption of solutions.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to contact@keoni.fr
