Jobtailor is looking for a payroll specialist to oversee payroll processing, DSN filings, and the preparation of employment contracts and amendments. You will monitor indicators, maintain regulatory documentation, and liaise with external agencies such as URSSAF and pension funds.

The role is hybrid, combining remote and on-site collaboration in France. The ideal candidate has a Bac+3 payroll-related degree, 3+ years in payroll, and strong communication, rigor, and teamwork, with the ability to

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll, Bac+3 equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a payroll department
• Comfortable communicating with various teams both remotely and on-site
• Rigorous, organized and eager to work in a team

• Prepare and monitor payroll indicators including dashboards and costs
• Complete DPAE forms and prepare employment contracts and amendments
• Submit DSN filings
• Process payrolls in compliance with social and contractual legislation
