Jobtailor is seeking a payroll specialist in Lille to manage payroll and DSN controls, support SAP-based deployments, and drive automation for reliable processing. You will collaborate with teams to implement legal updates and audits for onboarding new clients.

The role requires strong SAP, HRIS, and Excel skills, with a meticulous, autonomous, and service-oriented approach, and a solid team spirit.

Qualifications

• Significant payroll experience (5–10 years) in consultancy or multi-bargaining environments.
• Expertise in payroll and DSN.
• Substantial SAP experience.
• Strong HRIS and payroll tools proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Meticulous, autonomous, service-oriented, and a strong team player.

Responsabilités

• Maintain payroll control files.
• Maintain DSN control files.
• Implementation of new payroll controls.
• Support deployment of DSN control solution for SAP clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of payroll control files
• Maintenance of DSN control files
• Implementation of new payroll controls
• Support for the deployment of our DSN control solution for our SAP clients
• Automation initiatives to improve reliability and optimize ongoing payroll processing
• Support to teams on applying legal and collective bargaining updates within SAP
• Various projects: DSN and payroll audits, onboarding/integration of new clients

Requirements

• Significant experience in payroll (ideally 5–10 years), preferably gained in a consultancy firm or in a multi-collective bargaining environment
• Expertise in payroll and DSN
• Substantial experience with SAP
• Expertise with HRIS and payroll tools
• Advanced Excel skills
• Meticulous, autonomous, service-oriented, and a strong team player
