Magellan is seeking a Salesforce Solution Expert to lead functional design, workshops, and training, acting as a functional reference for teams and clients. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions, ensure alignment with business needs, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role requires certification milestones and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, impactful results.

Competenze

• Functional expertise across Salesforce Clouds.
• Analytical skills to document business processes.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
• Experience supporting end users and managing UAT.
• Understanding data management and business workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and training abilities.
