Magellan is seeking a Salesforce Solution Expert to be a functional reference point within our teams and for clients. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

You will lead functional design, run workshops, ensure quality deliverables, participate in UAT, train users, and pursue Salesforce certifications to stay ahead of evolving best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Salesforce solutions for business needs.
• Ability to gather requirements via workshops and translate to specs.
• Proven UAT participation and process validation.
• Experience training users and admins on Salesforce.
• Continuously seek process improvements using Salesforce best practices.

Responsabilités

• Ensure functional design and standard Salesforce configuration.

• Ensure the quality of functional deliverables (specs, user guides, models).
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and validate processes and workflows.
• Train users and admins to ensure platform adoption.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement through Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide advanced functional support on complex projects.
• Obtain a minimum of two Salesforce certifications per year.

• Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business processes and workflows.
• Train users and administrators to ensure their autonomy and adoption of the platform.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement through Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide advanced functional support on complex projects.
• Obtain a minimum of two Salesforce certifications per year.
