Job summary

Magellan is looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Product Owner to drive strategic vision and operational delivery across Salesforce initiatives. The role requires facilitation of workshops, backlog shaping for integration teams, and effective change management with users.

You will advise stakeholders and oversee testing, data migration, and go-live activities, applying Scrum and broader Agile practices.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex multi-task projects.
Strong Salesforce expertise with multiple clouds.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
PM certification (PMP/Prince2) is a plus.
Analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
Natural leadership with stakeholder alignment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Facilitate business and functional workshops.
Gather, analyse and formalise requirements into a backlog for integration teams.
Ensure change management with users.
Provide advisory and expertise to stakeholders.
Oversee testing phases, lead data migration and participate in go-live activities.
Ensure the application of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Manage priorities, planning and project organisation.
Ensure project leadership (monitoring, coordination, reporting).
