Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Team Lead for the Paris-based French Sales team to coach, develop, and scale a high-performing group of Sales Specialists. You will champion value-based selling, drive KPIs, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leadership to hire top talent.

In this role you’ll lead by example, coach through performance conversations, and shape the training strategy across outbound and inbound channels, contributing to our mission to reduce food waste.

Formación

• Significant experience leading outbound and inbound sales teams.
• Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong coaching and training skills for varied experience levels.
• Collaborative mindset with resilience and coachability.
• Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1).

• Coach and develop Sales Specialists to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Lead by example to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
