RX France is hiring a Sales Support Analyst to join the RX ISG office in Puteaux, near Paris. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to the International Sales Group, handling order processing, quotations, and customer records, while coordinating with the sales team.

The position combines sales administration with customer service, including follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates, with two remote days per week and a base pay range in France.

Responsabilités

• 70%: Sales administration support including follow-ups on inquiries, processing quotations, contracts and invoices, and data updates in the CRM.
• 30%: Customer service support, acting as the single point of contact with RXPH CS team, assisting with webinars and customer communications.

The International Sales Group (RX ISG), international department within RX France, operates within RX (ex. Reed Exhibitions) and is a unique global network of sales professionals providing export opportunities with their portfolio of international shows: 400 events across 30 countries and over 40 different industries!

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our international and dynamic team in our RX ISG office located in Puteaux (next to Paris). T he Sales Support Analyst provides essential administrative and operational support to the International Sales Group ( ISG) , working under the direction of sales team . This role is responsible for executing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, including order processing, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves responding to inbound inquiries, using materials provided by the sales team, to support lead generation and customer engagement.

70% : Sales administration support

• Provides timely and professional follow-up on inbound customer inquiries received via phone calls and web forms.
• Performs various sales support tasks as requested by the sales team, contributing to the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the sales function.
• Accurately processes quotations, contracts, and invoices under the direction of the sales team /head of sales
• Provides accurate and up-to-date and data driven information to the sales team and ensures visibility and traceability of sales support activities through precise data entry , data analysis and system updates in GBS

30% : Customer Service Support

• Act as the single point of contact for the office to coordinate work with the RXPH CS team.
• Ensure that each customer is properly supported and that digital customer engagement is increased: (webinars offered, regular refresh to sales team about RXPH CS initiatives.)
• Support payment follow-up prior to the event taking place when needed.
• Assist with customer service tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Profile

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders, quotations, and customer data.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintains a positive and organised approach, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and supporting team objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems; experience with GBS or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Applies sound judgment when handling customer inquiries and escalates appropriately when needed.
• Understands basic sales administration processes and documentation flow in an international business context.
• Fluent in English

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferable .

Experience

Some e xperience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with Salesforce is an advantage.

Job Location

Tour Vista - Puteaux - Esplanade la Défense. Possibility of remote work two days per week.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: FRANCE - Tour Vista €40 100 - €66 600.

This role is covered by the Convention Collective Syntec, IDCC 1486.
