LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Paris is seeking a Sales Support Analyst for a 1-year contract in Puteaux. You will handle quotations, contracts, invoices, customer data, and coordinate with the CS team to improve engagement. Remote work two days per week is possible; strong Excel and Salesforce experience are valued, along with English fluency.

You will join the International Sales Group, supporting a global client base in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or administrative roles is desirable.
• Fluent in English; proficient Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.

• 70% of role: sales administration support including processing quotations, contracts and invoices.

The Sales Support Analyst provides essential administrative and operational support to the International Sales Group (ISG), working under the direction of sales team. This role is responsible for executing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, including order processing, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves responding to inbound inquiries, using materials provided by the sales team, to support lead generation and customer engagement.**70% : Sales administration support*** Provides timely and professional follow-up on inbound customer inquiries received via phone calls and web forms.* Performs various sales support tasks as requested by the sales team, contributing to the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the sales function.* Accurately processes quotations, contracts, and invoices under the direction of the sales team/head of sales* Provides accurate and up-to-date and data driven information to the sales team and ensures visibility and traceability of sales support activities through precise data entry, data analysis and system updates in GBS**30% : Customer Service Support*** Act as the single point of contact for the office to coordinate work with the RXPH CS team.* Ensure that each customer is properly supported and that digital customer engagement is increased: (webinars offered, regular refresh to sales team about RXPH CS initiatives.)* Support payment follow-up prior to the event taking place when needed.* Assist with customer service tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.**Profile:*** Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders, quotations, and customer data.* Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams and external customers, both verbally and in writing.* Maintains a positive and organised approach, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and supporting team objectives.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems; experience with GBS or similar platforms is an advantage.* Applies sound judgment when handling customer inquiries and escalates appropriately when needed.* Understands basic sales administration processes and documentation flow in an international business context.* Fluent in English**Education / Qualifications:**Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferable. **Experience:** Some experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with Salesforce is an advantage.**Job Location:** Tour Vista - Puteaux - Esplanade la Défense.
