OOOVATION in France seeks a Business Development Lead to drive expansion across the Adriatic and Balkan markets, building relationships with event organizers and organizations to establish the OOOVATION brand in the region.

Based in Yssingeaux with a hybrid 35-hour work week and a 3‑month probation, you will develop initial partnerships for custom medals and trophies, and eventually lead the local team.

Formación

• Fluency in Croatian is mandatory for market development.
• Very good Serbian is essential for Serbia, BiH, Montenegro markets.
• Good English for international communication and meetings.

About OOOVATION

OOOVATION designs and crafts custom medals and trophies for sports events, companies, and major organizations. Based in France with a team of 11 to 50 people, the company is expanding across Europe with the goal of becoming the European leader in custom awards by 2030.

What you will do

You will drive the expansion of OOOVATION across the Adriatic and Balkan markets, building relationships with event organizers and organizations to establish the brand in the region.

What the role requires

This permanent position is based in Yssingeaux, France, offering a hybrid working model with 35 hours per week and a 3-month probation period.

Your first months at OOOVATION

You will have connected with key event organizers across your assigned markets and established initial partnerships for custom awards. By engaging directly with sports events and organizations, you will position OOOVATION as a trusted partner for medals and trophies in the region.

Jezične vještine

• Hrvatski: Tečno poznavanje hrvatskog jezika obavezno je za razvoj poslovnih odnosa na hrvatskom tržištu.

• Srpski: Vrlo dobro poznavanje srpskog jezika važno je za razvoj tržišta Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine te Crne Gore.

• Engleski: Dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika, u govoru i pismu, obavezno je za međunarodnu komunikaciju.

• Francuski: Osnovno poznavanje francuskog jezika potrebno je kako bi se olakšala komunikacija tijekom početne jednomjesečne obuke u našem sjedištu u Francuskoj.

Nije potrebno savršeno govoriti francuski. Tražimo osobu koja može razumjeti jednostavne razgovore i komunicirati s našim francuskim timom tijekom obuke.

Cilj nam je pronaći ambicioznu osobu koja će razvijati poslovanje OOOVATION-a na tržištima Hrvatske, Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine i Crne Gore te dugoročno preuzeti odgovornost za razvoj i vođenje lokalnog tima.
