OOOVATION in France seeks a Business Development Lead to drive expansion across the Adriatic and Balkan markets, building relationships with event organizers and organizations to establish the OOOVATION brand in the region.

Based in Yssingeaux with a hybrid 35-hour work week and a 3‑month probation, you will develop initial partnerships for custom medals and trophies, and eventually lead the local team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian is mandatory for market development.
• Very good Serbian is essential for Serbia, BiH, Montenegro markets.
• Good English for international communication and meetings.

Responsabilités

• Lead expansion of OOOVATION across the Adriatic and Balkan markets.
• Build relationships with event organizers and organizations to establish the brand in the region.
• Develop and lead local team over time.
