iBanFirst is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Paris to strengthen the Revenue Operations pillar. You will design and standardize sales processes, collaborate with country managers, and ensure CRM and data quality across Europe.

In this field-oriented role, you will spend time with sales teams, build dashboards, and drive process adoption while shaping compensation design and quota modelling in a fintech, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong listening and synthesis skills for field work and stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated change management ability to drive adoption of new processes.
• Proficient in CRM systems with focus on Salesforce or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end sales processes and standardize pipeline stages across markets.
• Administer and improve Salesforce; ensure data quality and reliable reporting.
• Build dashboards and regular pipeline reviews for leadership and country managers.
• Contribute to territory design, quotas, and commission modelling.
• Identify and apply AI tools to automate tasks and boost efficiency.
