Mirakl in Paris is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize sales processes and core systems across our product suite, including Salesforce, CPQ, and data workflows.

You will design and deploy automation with n8n, support AI agents, and help roll out the AI-enabled CPQ operating model with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in RevOps or related platforms, strong analytical skills, and a degree in business or Information Systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting business applications such as Salesforce, CPQ, CRM, sales engagement tools.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI agents, workflow automation, or tools such as n8n.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve tools supporting prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue recognition across Mirakl units.
• Administer Salesforce — users, permissions, workflows, approvals, data quality.
• Collaborate with RevOps Business Analysts to translate business needs into system updates.
• Partner with the RevOps Tech Lead on architecture, integrations, data quality, and prioritization.
• Document solutions and SOPs to build a scalable knowledge base.
