iBanFirst in Paris is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the group.

You will partner with the CFO and Deputy CFO, manage two Analysts, and drive AI-led automation to improve reporting quality.

The role offers a hybrid Paris office, exposure to multi-country business, and opportunities to shape strategic finance in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in FP&A, finance or related roles.
• Experience in fast-growing international or multi-entity organisations.
• Previous management of at least 2 direct reports.
• Proven ability to partner with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the FP&A agenda and act as a senior financial partner.
• Lead monthly and quarterly closings and P&L analysis.
• Build executive dashboards for the leadership and Board.
• Develop multi-country financial models and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into financial plans.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives within FP&A.
• Coach and develop FP&A Analysts; set objectives.
• Prepare investor materials and support fundraising processes.
