ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support professional in France to assist the global sales team with business development and operations while handling customer inquiries.

The role involves collaborating with the sales team to meet budgets and coordinating with internal departments to deliver seamless service. Ideal candidates will have related sales-support experience with carriers or forwarders, excellent English communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience as sales support in carriers or forwarders preferable.
• Strong English speaking and writing; good communication with customers.
• Able to work under pressure; proactive and aggressive.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to sales team for business development/operation and in connection with customer inquiries
• Work with sales team to achieve sales budget, involve indoor sales function/activities
• Prepare commercial reports as assigned by the management
