Jobtailor is seeking an experienced field sales professional to organize visits, propose tailored solutions, and close deals within the construction sector in France. The role involves advising customers, performing demonstrations, and collaborating with the Sales Manager on pricing and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years (or 5+ years) in field sales, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and proficient use of Excel and SAP CRM.

• Ensure pricing policy in collaboration with Sales Manager.

• Promote product range and new releases.
• Handle all disputes.
• Manage actions related to aged receivables.
• Prospect new customers by all available means.
• Conduct product demonstrations and pull-out tests at job sites.
• Perform market/competitive monitoring.
• Assist with product placements at customer sites.
• Support sales force and customers.
• Participate in national trade shows and regional open-house events.
• Submit monthly expense reports via Concur

Responsibilities:

• Organize your visit schedule in accordance with management requests
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports
• Support and advise customers and provide technical assistance
• Ensure company pricing policy in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs and follow up on them
• Close sales with customers
• Promote the company’s product range and new releases
• Handle all disputes
• Manage actions related to aged receivables
• Prospect new customers by all available means
• Perform pull-out tests related to job sites and conduct product demonstrations
• Conduct commercial, technical and competitive monitoring
• Assist with product line placements at customer sites
• Support the sales force and customers
• Participate in national trade shows and regional open-house events
• Comply with Commerce-Operations alignment guidelines
• Submit monthly expense reports via the group tool Concur

Requirements

• Degree focused on construction or sales
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales
• Or minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient with office tools (Excel in particular)
• Experience using a CRM, ideally SAP
• Valid driving license (Category B)
