Famoco is seeking a Sales Administration professional to oversee end-to-end order processing and invoicing for enterprise and SMB accounts. You will coordinate with Accounting, Finance and Sales to ensure accurate order entry and timely payment follow-ups.

The role requires 3+ years in sales admin in a growing tech environment, strong organizational skills, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher. This position is based in France and involves close cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two- or three-year post-secondary degree in Administrative/Commercial Management.
• At least three years in sales administration within a fast-growing environment, ideally a tech start-up or scale-up.
• English proficiency with written and spoken communication at least B2.

• Ensure the smooth execution of sales between Famoco and its customers, from order placement through final product/service delivery
• Manage invoicing and customer payment follow-ups for enterprise and SMB accounts
• Manage and monitor customer service activities by recording and addressing customer requests
• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator with internal departments, including Accounting, Finance, and Sales
• Ensure compliance with processes and accurate order entry in the Odoo ERP system
• Prepare regular reports and analyze payment follow-ups

Requirements

• You hold a two- or three-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) specializing in Administrative and/or Commercial Management
• You have at least three years of experience in sales administration within a rapidly growing environment, ideally a tech start-up or scale-up
• You are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing (minimum B2 level)
• Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills are among your key strengths
• You stand out for your analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills
