The Work

You will use your practical SaaS revenue operations experience to help train AI systems. The work focuses on CRM administration, connected revenue tools, workflow design, data quality, reporting, and customer success operations.

• Configure and improve CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
• Manage connected tools for quoting, billing, ticketing, project tracking, onboarding, and workflow automation.
• Create and document workflows that support changing business needs and encourage adoption by sales and customer success teams.
• Check data quality across connected systems, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues.
• Review conflicts between operational policies and recommend practical, sustainable resolutions.
• Prepare clear reports and documentation that improve transparency and usability.
• Share feedback on system usability and adoption to support better operational practices and AI training data.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for someone with hands-on SaaS revenue operations experience. No previous AI experience is required.

• Pay: $40-$80 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Remote; eligibility is limited to the countries listed for this role.
• Language: English.
• Experience: At least 4 years in sales, revenue, or customer success operations in a SaaS environment.
• CRM experience: Direct responsibility for configuring and maintaining a CRM platform.
• Tool experience: Administration of at least two connected tools outside the CRM, such as CPQ, billing, ticketing, project tracking, onboarding, or integration platforms.
• Judgment: Ability to resolve policy conflicts and simplify complex processes.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, clear documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Adoption: Experience helping sales and customer success professionals adopt new workflows and systems.
• Reporting: Experience producing detailed reports and maintaining data integrity across multiple revenue systems.

Helpful Background

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, quoting or CPQ tools, subscription billing platforms, support systems, project tracking tools, or integration and automation layers can help you contribute effectively. A hands-on ownership mindset and the ability to explain operational decisions clearly are also valuable.
