YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems across CRM platforms in a fully remote contractor role. The candidate will audit and harmonize data, implement governance, and guide system changes with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 4–6 years in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM environments, plus experience leading CRM implementations and integrations. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
