YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support a remote customer project focused on revenue systems and CRM governance. You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM data across platforms, crafting clear operational prompts and documenting system changes to improve billing, CPQ, and ticketing workflows.

The role requires 4-6 years in Salesforce/HubSpot environments, experience leading CRM implementations, and strong SQL/API skills, with excellent English

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
