YO AI Labs is seeking a Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contract role. You will audit CRM and related revenue tools, resolve data issues, and define governance models to support scalable SaaS operations.

You will work across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations, shaping data policies and system changes. Strong English communication and SaaS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work
