Lightspeed is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead new business in Paris’s hospitality sector, driving revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic deals. You will conduct demonstrations, manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract, and build strong relationships with owners and decision-makers across hotels, bars and restaurants.

This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering tailored Lightspeed solutions and achieving stretch

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a 360 selling environment.
• Experience in IT solutions, software sales, SaaS, POS, or hospitality tech.
• Outbound sales experience.
• Hospitality industry exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify and qualify high-potential hospitality clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win key accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and close complex deals.
• Build relationships with owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Coordinate handoffs to implementation teams and ensure smooth onboarding.
