Danone in Paris is seeking a Senior leader to drive Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) deployment across priority markets from HQ in Paris. You will lead the adoption and scaling of RGM capabilities, operating models and digital solutions, turning global standards into practical value across Zones and CBUs.

The role demands 10+ years in RGM or related transformation, with proven experience in global or regional programs, governance and senior stakeholder influence in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RGM, Sales, Commercial Excellence or related commercial transformation field.
• Experience leading complex global or regional programmes across markets and functions.
• Practical understanding of pricing, trade investment, GtN, TPM/TTM and/or commercial data and systems.
• Strong programme governance, change and adoption capabilities.
• Ability to translate between commercial priorities, process, data and technology.
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders in a global matrix.
• Structured, pragmatic and outcome-oriented, with the ability to turn ambiguity into action.

Responsabilités

• Lead global RGM deployment, adoption and scaling of capabilities, operating models and digital solutions across zones and CBUs.
• Ensure end-to-end deployment roadmap readiness, sequencing, resources, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive governance, change management and adoption KPIs to enable handover to business-as-usual operations.
