Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Revenue Systems & Automation Analyst in Paris to drive automation across Revenue Operations. You will design and deploy AI-agent processes and n8n workflows that streamline prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue recognition.

You will administer Salesforce and related platforms to keep the sales organization running smoothly. You will translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve system

Qualifications

In-depth experience supporting business applications such as Salesforce, CRM, or related platforms.
Hands-on interest in AI agents, workflow automation, or tools like n8n.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong analytical problem solving and attention to detail.
Ability to translate requirements into automation solutions.
Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain AI-agent processes and n8n workflows to automate recurring tasks across Revenue Operations.
Support business users and RevOps analysts in identifying automation opportunities and monitor performance.
Troubleshoot failures and continuously improve automation usability and efficiency.
