Quandela is expanding its Commercial team in France, and this Sales Operations role will build the operational backbone of our go‑to‑market engine. You will partner with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Legal to bring structure, visibility, and predictability to deals.

You will own forecasting, pricing support, KPI tracking, and multi‑year contracts coordination, while optimizing the CRM stack and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Experience in B2B tech or SaaS with long sales cycles.
• Fluent English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue planning and pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate deal desk, pricing, and contract support.
• Define KPIs and prepare exec materials.
• Maintain CRM, dashboards, and sales processes.
