Quandela is seeking a senior, hands-on VP Marketing to build and scale the enterprise marketing engine across global markets. This strategic role focuses on pipeline generation, category leadership, and a scalable marketing architecture to support Series D readiness and future fundraising.

The VP reports to the COO, collaborates with the CRO and CTPO, and will lead a small initial team while expanding to Demand Gen, PMM, and Marketing Ops.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building enterprise marketing engines for complex B2B tech.
• Strong ability to define ICPs, personas and ABM playbooks.
• Proven leadership in scaling marketing teams during growth phases.
