Shotgun is seeking a Revenue Data & Operations Engineer to own the data and tooling infrastructure behind revenue. You will build end-to-end data pipelines, attribution models, and AI-powered tools within CRM and analytics environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Revenue/Business Ops, Data, Analytics Eng or related builder role.

Responsabilités

• Own data pipelines and analytics end-to-end (CRM, data warehouse, modeling).
• Develop GMV attribution and net margin models.
• Build and maintain integrations (HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Supabase).
• Create AI-powered tools and internal apps to enable sales and ops teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Data and Product to improve forecasting and pricing.
