LVMH is seeking an Apprenticeship - Retail Performance Project Manager (H/F) to drive performance across France & Monaco boutiques. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze KPIs, and deploy digital tools to boost productivity and sales while coordinating store openings, relocations, and renovations.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and capability-building through targeted training and onboarding of new joiners.

• Enrolled in a recognised apprenticeship program with a retail/fashion focus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and countries.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and evaluate retail KPIs across France & Monaco boutiques; drive improvement actions.
• Lead omnichannel deployment and the Retail Performance Roadmap for France & Monaco.
• Coordinate Store projects (Opening/Relocation/Renovation) with stakeholders and ops teams.
• Develop and deliver training and communications for new retail initiatives (newsletter, Dior hub).
• Lead onboarding for digital tools and drive weekly KPI follow-up by boutique clusters.
