Job summary

LVMH invites an ambitious student to join the Retail Performance and Operations team in Paris for a 6‑month internship starting January 2027. You will help improve efficiency in store operations, share best practices across markets, and participate in cross‑direction projects on digital tools and guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a BAC+4/5 student in Management/Business/Engineering, fluent in French and English, with strong Excel and Power BI skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Participate in creating solutions to improve efficiency in Retail Operations with other Directions in Paris.
Identify best practices in stores and share with the international Retail Operations community.
Communicate through newsletters on innovations delivered to markets/stores.
Monitor projects from implementation to training, gather feedback and requests for improvement.
Help detect and resolve issues affecting project launches and deployments.
Conduct training sessions.
Assist in identifying new Operations initiatives for retail.
