Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a results-driven operations professional to support new store launches in France. You will coordinate with franchise partners and store teams to ensure smooth openings, training, and operational readiness, while tracking performance to optimize costs and drive revenue growth.

You will monitor OTIF deliveries, help manage inventory, and share best practices to improve conversion and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Support new store launches in France, coordinating with franchise and store partners to ensure smooth openings, proper training, and operational readiness.
• Track store performance and support revenue growth by monitoring trends, helping optimize costs, and flagging risks early.
• Monitor OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) deliveries, support inventory tracking, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues with logistics teams.
• Help apply and roll out playbooks and best practices across stores, contributing ideas to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Track NPS and customer feedback, support store staff with ongoing training needs, and help implement improvements.
• Support store audits, assist with mystery shopping programs, and help maintain accurate reporting on sales, marketing performance, and inventory.

Who we’re looking for:

• Comfortable working on store launches and supporting performance improvements
• Strong with data and numbers, especially around store performance, inventory, and customer feedback
• Hands-on problem solver who can react quickly in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative and comfortable working with franchise partners, store teams, and internal stakeholders
• Customer-focused and motivated to improve in-store experience and satisfaction
• Fluent in English and French, other European languages are a plus
