Emma-the-Sleep-Company in France invites a hands-on operations specialist to support store launches, monitor performance, and coordinate with franchise partners to ensure openings run smoothly.

You will use data to spot trends, improve inventory and customer experience, and help roll out playbooks across stores, with training and continuous learning on offer.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on store launches and supporting performance improvements.
• Strong with data and numbers, especially around store performance, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Hands-on problem solver who can react quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative and comfortable working with franchise partners, store teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-focused and motivated to improve in-store experience and satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support new store launches in France, coordinating with franchise and store partners for smooth openings, training, and readiness.
• Track store performance and support revenue growth by monitoring trends and advising on cost optimization and risk flags.
• Monitor OTIF deliveries, assist with inventory tracking, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues with logistics teams.
• Help apply and roll out playbooks and best practices across stores, contributing ideas to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Track NPS and customer feedback, support staff with training needs, and implement improvements.
• Support store audits and mystery shopping programs, maintaining accurate reporting on sales, marketing performance and inventory.

• Monitor OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) deliveries, support inventory tracking, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues with logistics teams.
• Help apply and roll out playbooks and best practices across stores, contributing ideas to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Track NPS and customer feedback, support store staff with ongoing training needs, and help implement improvements.
• Support store audits, assist with mystery shopping programs, and help maintain accurate reporting on sales, marketing performance, and inventory.
