Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an Operations & Store Launch Coordinator in Paris to support new store openings across France and collaborate with franchise partners to ensure smooth openings and excellent customer experiences.

You will monitor store performance, manage inventory processes, assist with training, audits, and roll out playbooks to boost conversion and satisfaction. Fluent English and French are required; other languages are a plus.

• Strong numerical skills and store performance analysis.
• Hands-on problem solver in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative partner with franchise, store teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Support new store launches in France with franchise and store partners.
• Track store performance and assist revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor OTIF deliveries and assist inventory tracking.
• Roll out playbooks and best practices across stores.
• Track NPS and customer feedback; support training needs.
• Assist with store audits and reporting on sales and inventory.
