The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Restaurant Director for LiLi, our Cantonese restaurant, to lead a luxury dining experience in central Paris. You will drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth while upholding Peninsula standards in a prestigious, international environment.

Lead a skilled team, mentor staff, and shape sales strategies and budgets to ensure profitable operations and memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel environment.
• Natural organiser with high attention to detail and guest engagement.
• Strong people leadership with prior team management experience.
• Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills, adaptable and positive.
• Fluent English and French; Chinese would be desirable.

Responsabilités

• Exceeds guest expectations with service in line with Peninsula principles and looks for improvement.
• Ensures productive levels are met and handles payroll/costs within budget while meeting revenue targets.
• Manages day-to-day operations ensuring highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Leads the outlet with profitable direction and effective leadership.
• Develops sales strategies, promotions, and budget to support annual F&B plans.
• Hires, develops, motivates, and manages department colleagues in line with Peninsula values.
