Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Camelia restaurant within the hotel. This role covers operational, administrative and financial aspects of the outlet and assumes full responsibility in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.

You will ensure guest satisfaction, supervise daily service, train staff, and coordinate with kitchen, front office, housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the dining area according to established standards to ensure a warm welcome for guests.
• Oversee the smooth service of meals in the restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily service and operations.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
