Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist in training and developing housekeeping staff for high performance.
• Provide leadership and motivate the team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard and replenish amenities and linens.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services.
