Mandarin Oriental Paris is seeking a Barman/ Chef de rang to join our Camélia restaurant team. Based at the Bar, you will perform the operational tasks under the direction of managers, serving food and beverages and delighting guests.

You should have rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills, with fluent French and English; a third language is a plus. Prior experience in a similar establishment is preferred, and our team values integrity and a growth mindset.

• Rigor, organization, attention to detail and courtesy.
• Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
• Fluency in French and English; a 3rd language would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for the service provided in our Bar, in collaboration with the Supervisor
• Be familiar with the menu and dishes to be able to answer our customers' questions
• Know and master all presentation techniques
• Maintain particularly close contact with our customers.
