Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead for Hollister in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France, to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience.

You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. This role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, at least one year of retail experience, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• CEFR B2 English and French required.

Job Description:The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively.
