Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and coach non-management staff while delivering on brand standards and customer service.

You will leverage fashion knowledge to drive sales, manage visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions, representing the brand with strong culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in English and French (CEFR B2).
• Strong customer focus and fashion trend knowledge.
• Ability to coach others and build teams.
• Able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines for the store.

Job Description:The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
