Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in France is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and drive daily sales.

You’ll perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions. A minimum high school diploma and at least 1 year of retail experience are preferred; bilingual English/French CEFR B2 is required.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & French required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-focused skills.

**Job Description:**The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.**What** **You’ll** **Do*** Perform Opening and Closing Routines.* Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.* Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.* Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.* Build and maintain Visual Displays.* Analyze reporting to inform decision making.* Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.* Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.**Availability*** Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.* Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.* In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.**What it Takes*** Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred* Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.* Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.* CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French, required* Maintain a strong customer focus.* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.* Possess strong communication skills.* Show knowledge of current fashion trends.* Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.* Take initiative and show confidence.* Master adaptability and flexibility.* Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.* Engage in applied learning and proactive thinking.* Exhibit a strong work ethic.**What** **You’ll** **Get**As an Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
