CloudPay Inc. is seeking a French Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our remote and hybrid teams. You will gather customer requirements, configure payroll rules in the CloudPay platform, run tests, and support live customers through go‑live and ongoing maintenance.

Ideal candidates have expert knowledge of French payroll laws, hands-on implementation experience, and fluency in English and French. You will collaborate with Transition Consultants and ensure accurate payroll processing, data

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential.
• Expert knowledge of local French payroll requirements, forms and reporting.
• Proven experience in payroll software implementation with hands-on configuration and testing.
• Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH software or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of managing the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience.
• Experience supporting both customer implementations and post-go-live maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations within the CloudPay platform, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare support.
• Translate customer payroll requirements into system configuration and payroll calculation rules.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing and parallel payroll runs.
• Provide ongoing application maintenance and support for live customers, including regulatory updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Transition Consultants to ensure smooth knowledge transfers between Project Delivery and Operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing customer requirements, configuring payroll rules and system settings within the CloudPay platform, executing testing activities, and maintaining customer setups for both implementation projects and live customers.**Please submit your CV in English**#LI-AC1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-REMOTE **Main responsibilities*** Lead the end-to-end implementation of customer payroll solutions within the CloudPay platform, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare support.* Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll* Research payroll discrepancies and identify whether issues are process, data, or system configuration related.
