Job summary

Keylime Consultants in Paris is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join an international HRIS team. You will handle day-to-day Workday support and lead project work across HR modules, collaborating with HR, Payroll and IT teams.

Responsibilities include Workday configuration, system enhancements, testing, data quality initiatives and supporting new functionality within a global HR systems landscape. Hybrid role based in Paris with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working on Workday projects, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong configuration experience within Workday Core HCM.
• Experience supporting Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Payroll or Absence.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting, Security and Business Processes.
• Previous involvement in Workday implementations or enhancements.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders across countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday support and project work across HR modules.
• Configure Workday, implement system enhancements and support new functionality.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams.
• Test, drive data quality initiatives and system improvements.
• Act as Workday contact for stakeholders across international units.
