Vendor Performance Clerk

Duration: 6 months renewable contract

Location: Paris Office

This opportunity supports a major project environment with a focus on vendor performance management, operational reporting, data analysis, and budget monitoring. The role will contribute to timesheet recording, KPI preparation, deliverables tracking, and ongoing improvement of VPM activities, while working closely with project stakeholders in a structured office-based setting. This position will suit candidates with strong experience in data-driven coordination, reporting tools, and project support within engineering, quality, manufacturing, or supplier-focused environments.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline

Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in inspection, quality, engineering, manufacturing, supplier development, supplier quality, or project management Demonstrated leadership and project management capability within a relevant specialty area Experience supporting operational tasks such as data collection, data entry, reporting, timesheet recording, and monitoring of manhours and budgets Experience working with material management systems such as Smart Material - Intergraph

Required Skills: Professional level written and spoken English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Advanced capability in Excel or data analysis tools including Power BI, VBA, and Power Apps Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and report reliable key information Ability to prepare reports and KPIs for project activities Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Strong problem-solving skills with an understanding of impact on broader business activities Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with accuracy, and meet deadlines Ability to maintain and update IT tools used for vendor performance management activities
