Lever, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator based in France to support a partner company by coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes clear communication with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams to keep workstreams aligned. Responsibilities include project administration, scheduling, documentation, and proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, operations coordination, scheduling, client coordination, or similar role.
• Strong client-facing communication across phone, email, and other channels.
• Proven ability to follow up on open items and drive actions to completion.
• Experience managing multiple active projects and resources.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, tasks, or internal resources.

Responsabilités

• Support the Project Manager with coordination of multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding scope, scheduling, timelines, and next steps.
• Track open items, delays, and milestones through completion.
• Coordinate internal schedules for project activities, including onsite and remote work.
• Coordinate with vendors on schedules, deliverables and requirements.
• Help manage client expectations and escalate blockers when needed.
