Job summary

Jobgether in France is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to oversee API and data product customers from onboarding through adoption and expansion. You will work with Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Marketing in a remote-first setting to drive value.

You will translate client needs into technical guidance, own renewals, and coordinate internal teams to remove blockers, with a focus on Net Revenue Retention and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience working with APIs or data products or in technical roles.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, and data flows; coding experience not required.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of API and data product customers, guiding successful integrations and adoption.
• Lead onboarding and handovers, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities and manage the sales-to-CS handoff.
