Job summary

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Success Manager to nurture strategic client relationships across a global, multilingual, remote environment. You will drive adoption, conduct quarterly business reviews, identify value opportunities, and partner with Product and Sales teams to ensure customer success and retention.

Fluent in French and English (C1), you will manage small- to mid-sized B2B SaaS accounts, monitor KPIs, and advocate for customers within a fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience managing projects and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, reporting, and KPIs/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key client stakeholders at the company’s small clients.
• Organize and conduct Operational Reviews with clients on a monthly to quarterly basis.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to drive optimal use and adoption of the platform.
• Monitor client activity and operations, flag potential risks, and proactively address issues.
• Define high-level strategies and target models with clients to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.
