Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist based in France to help ecommerce partners connect their sites and apps to our AI-powered discovery platform. You will guide clients through REST API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize catalog configurations while collaborating with Customer Success teams.

You will also improve onboarding docs and technical guides, ensuring efficient workflows and scalable support in a fully remote role across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles is required.
• Understanding of REST-based web services and APIs is essential.
• Clear verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide integrations with the platform.
• Provide API guidance and best practices to clients.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with cross-functional teams.
• Configure product catalog/index settings for effective search results.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Document interactions and improve onboarding materials.
