Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements.

The role focuses on availability solutions, data management, data analytics, and security posture across data centers, cloud, and OS environments. You will coordinate proposals, delivery, and post-installation issues while guiding solution design and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology required
• Relevant certifications (VMware VCP, MCSE, Prince2, ITIL, PMP) are valuable
• Experience in consulting and project management is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Significant experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage/networking disciplines
• Experience with data management, protection, and analytics is preferred
• Business proficiency in French and English

Responsibilities

• Provide input to proposals and Statements of Work
• Support delivery and consulting services for Veeam solutions
• Manage project plans, schedules, and communication plans
• Assist with solution design, estimation, and post-installation issues
• Create technical guides, white papers, and best practices
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and document configurations
• Analyze environments and optimize Veeam configurations
• Coordinate with client and Veeam support
• Identify additional client needs that Veeam solutions can address
• Support process and documentation improvements
• Overnight travel to meet goals and objectives
