Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead architecture, planning, and management of professional services engagements. The role focuses on availability solutions, data protection, and monitoring, with expertise in data management, analytics, BC, data center, cloud, OS, networking, storage, and virtualization.

Location: remote in France (WFH with face-to-face visits). You will travel up to 30% and deliver knowledge transfer, assessments, and design guidance while coordinating client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology required; combination of education and experience considered.
• VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Prince2/ITIL/PMP are desirable certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Core products and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support delivery implementation and consulting services.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and communication plans.
• Assist with assessment, design, and post-installation issues.
• Estimate solution implementation efforts.
• Create white papers, guides, and best practices.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam solutions.
• Document configurations and activities.
• Analyze environments and guide optimal configurations.
• Facilitate client–support communications.
• Identify additional needs solvable by Veeam solutions.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements.
• Travel up to 30% for overnight stays.
