Job summary

Omega Green Power Corporation, DBA Duracell Power Center, is seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead the technical support function for residential battery energy storage and microinverter products.

This role acts as the senior technical resource for customers, installers, distributors, and internal teams by providing advanced troubleshooting, product support, and engineering collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in technical support, field service or related roles in solar/battery storage/power electronics.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and communication issues.
• Experience supporting installers, distributors, or field service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier II and III technical support for residential battery energy storage and microinverter systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics; perform laboratory testing and product validation.
• Travel frequently to customer job sites to support installations and field service activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Travel to San Jose, CA for meetings and training as needed.
• Provide training and technical guidance to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
